Participants are provided with the information and support to restore and redesign their lives so they can experience a successful integration back into their community with the ability to live independently.The project seeks to guide participants in: Developing life and job skills Seeking educational opportunities Finding appropriate housing and employment Establishing a support system that will sustain participants as they move toward self sufficiency and independence
